OptiSurface

OptiSurface is a developer of the software OptiSurface Designer with the same name. The software programme is the world’s most powerful analysis and design software for agricultural levelling. It is used by contract workers, farmers and advisors who wish to improve their land and to increase yields thanks to improved water management.

Due to the increase in weather extremes water management has become more important than ever. In times with a great deal of rain, much water has to be drained quickly. OptiSurface Designer calculates the optimum land model which ensures the best drainage with a minimum of earth movement, with or without the use of trenches. For this purpose, the software uses the infinite variable gradient technique along with the Trimble FieldLevel 3D levelling steering system.
